Come join us for our kick-off EHelpsOnline Affair. Get questions answered about common health conditions. There will be prizes, giveaways, education and more, but you must be there to win! Be there or be square!
Official Contest Rules:
- All information regarding EHelps must be accurate.
- Entries must be in English.
- Participants must have the rights to all content used in their submissions.
- Video must be suitable for all ages.
- Posting counts as one entry submission to contest and remain open until Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. After all videos are submitted, finalists will be contacted the week of March 23, 2012. Grand Prize winner will be featured on our website's home page on Friday, March 30, 2012 when public announcement is made.
- Winners must send EHelps the winning video files before receiving receiving prizes.
Terms and Conditions:
- EHelps.com reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who EHelps decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or won using fraudulent means.
- By participating, entrants grant EHelps exclusive permission to use their names and likeness in connection with the Contest and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
- By submitting a video to this contest, you grant EHelps an irrevocable, royalty-free license to copy, distribute, modify, display and perform publicly, and otherwise use, as well as authorize others to use, your video for any educational purpose and in any media format.
- The depiction of violence, profanity, or sex, or the inclusion of attacks on individuals or organizations, otherwise offensive material, or any other violation of the contest rules will result in the video's disqualification and removal from this contest.
- The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase or payment of money is necessary to enter or win.
- Entrants should note that there may be tax liabilities associated with winning a cash prize. The entrant is responsible for satisfying all such tax liabilities in accordance with applicable federal and state tax laws and regulations.
Ten (10) winners chosen. Winners to be announced on March 30, 2012. Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone of their win. Winners must respond to within two days to announcement of their win or another winner will be selected in their place.
Requirements to enter:
Video must be in either .wmv or .flv format. Youtube videos ok.
Video must specify product used and how it has helped you
Video must not be longer than 2 minutes in length
